What you are paid
One-time signing bonus when the contract is signed in Russia.
Monthly allowance, plus quarterly bonuses.
Paid in rubles at the official Central Bank of Russia rate.
About the role
Master an in-demand profession assembling and maintaining military UAVs in Russia. Training takes place on modern equipment under experienced instructors.
This is not just a job — it is stability, social guarantees, and a path for professional growth.
Salary is $3,000 per month, plus a one-time payment of $50,000 when you sign the contract. Simplified Russian citizenship is available.
The contract you sign
You train, assemble, and live at plants far from the front. Every line below is written into the paper you sign yourself.
- 3 months paid training
- Theory and simulator practice. Full allowance during training.
- Rear factories only
- UAV assembly plants deep inside Russia. Combat participation is excluded.
- Meals provided
- Full ration to military standard, at no cost.
- Housing and uniform
- Dormitory or hotel, and a complete uniform issue.
- Health and life cover
- Mandatory medical insurance plus extra life and health cover.
- One-year MoD contract
- Signed directly with the Ministry of Defence of Russia. Renewable (optional).
Who can apply
- Citizenship of Uzbekistan, with a valid international passport
- Age 18 years or older
- No serious medical contraindications
- Russian, Uzbek or English sufficient to complete an interview
